I am a Certified Fitness Trainer by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), the first fitness organization to earn a national accreditation from a federally recognized accrediting agency in the USA and a member of National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA). I have been involved in the fitness industry in Malaysia since 2006, started off as a In-House Certified Fitness Instructor at Tunku Abdul Rahman College while I was pursuing my Diploma in Social Science (Counselling).

Upon graduating with my Diploma in Social Science (Counselling) in May 2008, I was attached with a well known fitness centre in the South East Asia region for a short period of time before deciding to work independently out of gyms while pursuing my BA (Hons) in Psychology at UCSI University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I am also certified with Training Clients with Lower Back Pain.

I was also a former high school and district level representative in the sports of Athletic, Basketball and Taekwondo (World Taekwondo Federation) in Under-15 and Under-18 level. However in the year 2005, I had to end my competitive career prematurely due to an accident in a Taekwondo Championship that ruptured my right knee Anterior Cruciate Ligament. That however never stopped me from pursuing my passion in sports and fitness.

According to the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a successful health and fitness professional have not only mastered exercise science, but also posses the working knowledge of Psychology. Therefore with my knowledge, formal trainings and experience in Psychology and Exercise Science, I strive to provide you the best of trainings, not only for the physical body, but also the mind.
